Before running a Jim’s Fencing franchise, Phil Haimona worked as a printer, a cabinet maker, a truck driver and a tree lopper. He loves working with his hands and completing client’s fences to a high standard. He believes that customer service is key to his business.

Previously a carpenter, James joined the Jim's Fencing team to complement his skills with a proven brand and system.

James enjoys challenges, often problem solving to meet the needs of his clients and their environment. Offering bespoke work, gaining customer satisfaction with projects with a difference.

When not on the job, he enjoys outdoor activities, climbing, skiing, surfing as well as family time.
