When Greg Heycock from Jim’s Fencing called us for a quote for a home in Tea Tree Gully – SA, we were happy to help.
Greg asked us for a price on our highly popular wood-grain aluminium slat fencing and some gates to match. Knotwood’s 100% Australian-made systems cover more than just fencing and gates, we do everything from shutters and balustrades to decking and cladding.

Without someone to install it though, it’s all for naught, and Greg didn’t let us down. Greg was a real pleasure to work with through the process. Professional and on-the-ball he quickly picked up the intuitive hidden fixing system our products are known for.
Deciding on a Sydney Blue Gum wood-grain finish for the slats and pairing them with Monument powder-coated posts was a smart move, and the job went off without a hitch. Throughout the whole process Greg followed through with his client and kept them up-to-date on their order. His great customer service skills were a true credit to Jim’s Fencing. He did a wonderful job.
And the results? Well they speak for themselves.
When we followed up with Greg a short time later he told us how much he liked the product. He was so impressed that he suggested we attend the inaugural Jim’s Fencing National Conference because “They all need to see this”. We’re happy to say we look forward to meeting all of the hardworking ‘Gregs’ out there when we will attend the Conference come September.
