Meet Justin Tranter - Franchisor for Melbourne East & South East
Justin is the Regional Franchisor for Jim’s Fencing in Melbourne East and South East.
Choosing to join Jim’s Fencing initially as a Franchisee, after spending the 20 years prior in Corporate Banking in Australia and overseas. He wanted to work outdoors and be his own boss.
The experience of the team behind Jim’s Fencing meant that moving from an office environment to the outdoors and constructing fences was made easy with the comprehensive training program in place.
Working in the Jim’s Fencing division allowed him to operate as his own boss, but at the same time provided the network and support from his colleagues.
Justin is also a Regional Trainer helping new Franchisees learn about the fencing industry and how to construct various types of fences.
